Kadim started bloating Tuesday night, the surgery itself went allright - but he died of complications early this morning.
He came to us from Semavi Anatolians in CA/US at 10 weeks and - despite of the long journey - the moment he stepped out of his crate he was such a happy spirit. During his first weeks here he was rarely called by his real name, he was mostly referred to as HappyPuppy and that is how he stayed - a joyful, loving and devoted soul.
This is one of my all time favourite photos of him - Kadim enjoying life to the fullest, doing one of the things he loved most. This is how I want to remember him. Always.
